Daisy Girl Scouts are in Kindergarten and 1st Grade (approximately 5-6). Daisy Girl Scouts work primarily on learning The Girl Scout Law by earning petals and the Girl Scout Promise.
A favorite song for Daisies is Daisy Chain.
For meetings, you MUST have 2 adults for every 10 girls, plus one adult for every 5 girls. For events, trips and camping, you must have 2 Adults for every 5 girls. Plus one Adult for every 3 girls. For additional adult to Daisy Girl Scout ratio (including swimming trips) check your Safety Wise. (Jill and Jennifer Note: We never took our Daisies on camp outs, and rarely on field trips.)
At the end of 1st grade, Daisies Bridge to Brownies.

If you have a question – feel free to post one here.
What song is the Daisy Train? I have never heard of this before. This is my first year for Daisys but I have been a leader starting in juniors and up for 5 years now. Great songs and games are always a great resource to have so if you would point me in the right direction I would love to hear it. Thank you,
Cheryl King
It’s to Hark The Herald Angels Sing.
Where’s the words for Daisy Chain/Train. You stated music was to Hark the Herald Angels Sing – but no words to the song.
Thanks a bunch!!!
Kim – it’s posted now.
